SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING: 

Home Essentials will ship your orders via Truck as well as through 3 of the major shipping partners ( USPS, UPS & DHL).  Freight estimates are calculated at the time of checkout, but are subject to change.  We know shipments can get costly and for that reason, we have implemented a Freight Cap Incentive for all orders over $1,000.  Any order over this threshold will only be charged 18% freight.  

 

RETURNS:

All discrepancies and claims must be reported to Home Essentials within 15 days of receipt of goods. Freight damages should be filed with the carrier. Returns are not accepted without prior approval, and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus freight. Damaged/ Incorrect goods will require photos supporting the claim to receive full credit.  Home Essentials products are subject to some variations in color, texture, and finish, as well as slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws or defects.
